Anodizing rectifiers can be manufactured with air, oil, or water cooling according to the operating environment and process requirements. Operating programs required for aluminum parts with different characteristics can be stored in the system memory as recipes. The process can be started quickly by selecting the recipe for the part to be anodized. In this way, the correct operating parameters are automatically applied to each product, ensuring repeatable production quality.
Operating programs can be defined, calibration procedures can be performed, and new recipes for different parts can be created through the color touchscreen operator panel developed for anodizing rectifiers.
