Hard Chrome Rectifiers
Hard chrome rectifiers are industrial power supplies that provide
the controlled DC power required for hard chrome plating processes.
Hard chrome plating is widely used to extend the service life of new
machine parts, restore worn or damaged components for reuse, and
improve the durability of component surfaces.
Thanks to characteristics such as
high surface hardness, low coefficient of friction,
high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and strong surface adhesion,
hard chrome plating contributes to extending the operating life
of machine and equipment components.
Hard chrome rectifiers manufactured by Aygün Electric can be configured
with manual or automatic operating options. Operating time, current,
and voltage values can be adjusted through the electronic control panel,
while ampere-hour monitoring and process control can also be performed.
Thanks to the programmable control system, operating values can be
changed automatically according to time-based settings. This provides
a more controlled, repeatable, and user-friendly operating structure
for different hard chrome applications.
