AYGÜN ELECTRIC
Stepped Cam Switch Rectifiers
In stepped cam switch rectifiers, current and voltage adjustment
is performed manually using two five-position cam switches.
This structure provides a total of
25 different current and voltage operating ranges.
The main difference between stepped switch rectifiers and other
rectifier types is that output current and voltage adjustment is
performed through a mechanical cam switch system instead of
electronic control.
It offers an economical, simple, and easy-to-use solution for
plating processes where precise current or voltage control is
not required. Thanks to its simple control structure, it can
be operated quickly and easily by the operator.
Stepped cam switch rectifiers manufactured by Aygün Electric
can be produced with air or oil cooling options
depending on the operating environment and required capacity.

Suitable for Plating Processes
Can be used in various metal plating applications
where precise adjustment is not required.
PRACTICAL CONTROL
An Economical Solution for Processes
That Do Not Require Precise Control
Stepped cam switch rectifiers are developed for plating lines
where continuous and precise adjustment of operating values
is not required. Thanks to the mechanical switch structure,
the operator can quickly switch between different operating
steps and easily select the output value required for the process.
