Cataphoresis Coating Rectifiers
A cataphoresis rectifier is a DC power supply that provides the
voltage and corresponding current required for the cataphoresis
surface treatment process. Cataphoresis coating is an electrochemical
coating process applied to metal surfaces to reduce corrosion caused
by external factors and protect the surface.
Cataphoresis applications, generally carried out using water-based
chemicals, can be applied to various electrically conductive metal
surfaces. Particularly preferred for surface preparation before painting,
the main purpose of this process is
to protect metal surfaces against rust and corrosion.
Rectifiers, one of the most important pieces of equipment in the
cataphoresis process, are manufactured by Aygün Electric as fully
automatic systems according to the required current and voltage values.
Depending on the operating environment and process conditions,
